Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level service to customers and ensure technical issues are resolved within contractual SLAs
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to product documentation and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with customers, gathering information and providing diagnostic and resolution steps
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related customer-facing role
  • Technical background in System Administration, Network Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • Experience in a Linux/Unix environment and familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native and container-based distributed systems like Kubernetes
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in web technology systems and experience with APIs and REST calls
