Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level service to customers and ensure technical issues are resolved within contractual SLAs
- Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to product documentation and best practices
- Communicate effectively with customers, gathering information and providing diagnostic and resolution steps
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related customer-facing role
- Technical background in System Administration, Network Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Experience in a Linux/Unix environment and familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong understanding of cloud-native and container-based distributed systems like Kubernetes
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in web technology systems and experience with APIs and REST calls
