Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Azure Operator Nexus and related systems
- Analyze complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document best practices for enhanced support delivery
- Assist in developing readiness programs and contribute to product improvements through feedback and automation tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of equivalent experience
- Understanding of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and hybrid cloud platforms
- Experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting
- Ability to meet security screening requirements as specified
- Familiarity with Azure services and API management for hybrid cloud platforms
