Job Summary
A company in the Business Services industry is looking for an SMB Customer Success Manager.
Position Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the health and success of Seamless AI's 1 and 2 License accounts
- Drive growth and product adoption across the overall book of business and ensure retention of existing business
- Actively contact customers, identify situations that may put these clients at-risk while working to solve them, and serve as a direct through-line for feedback to our leadership team on the needs of our customers as it affects our product road-map
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer success experience
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and train others
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
