Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer (U.S.) based in Austin, TX, to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a product expert by testing all the different features of the software
- Respond to support tickets within SLA and create internal tickets with development
- Support weekend shift rotation and perform professional service tasks assigned by senior team
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years Linux administration experience with various distributions
- Knowledge of Apache Web Server troubleshooting and Web Application support in Linux
- Experience in Technical Support position and familiarity with Support Ticketing systems
- 2+ years in Windows Server Administration and PHP application debugging skills
- Experience in MongoDB and Apache troubleshooting, as well as AWS and Azure Administration
