Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer (U.S.) based in Austin, TX, to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a product expert by testing all the different features of the software
  • Respond to support tickets within SLA and create internal tickets with development
  • Support weekend shift rotation and perform professional service tasks assigned by senior team
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years Linux administration experience with various distributions
  • Knowledge of Apache Web Server troubleshooting and Web Application support in Linux
  • Experience in Technical Support position and familiarity with Support Ticketing systems
  • 2+ years in Windows Server Administration and PHP application debugging skills
  • Experience in MongoDB and Apache troubleshooting, as well as AWS and Azure Administration
