Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Technical Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and analyze technical coding issues
- Perform root cause analysis and make recommendations to development teams
- Communicate with internal and external clients to resolve issues and gather information
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related field
- Knowledge of C++, Linux, MySQL, and networking
- Experience in remote user support and technical troubleshooting
- Ability to debug and modify software code
- Excellent communication skills and experience using SQL
