Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Technical Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and analyze technical coding issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and make recommendations to development teams
  • Communicate with internal and external clients to resolve issues and gather information
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of C++, Linux, MySQL, and networking
  • Experience in remote user support and technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to debug and modify software code
  • Excellent communication skills and experience using SQL
