Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent & Learning Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Support validation of talents for key talent pipelines and incorporate findings into strategic initiatives
- Design and implement strategic talent experience programs and shape the learning ecosystem
- Use data analytics to evaluate business impact and prescribe career growth solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning, or Organizational Development
- BA/BS degree required; a master's degree is a plus
- Advanced fluency in English
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Experience in program/project management of learning and talent development programs
