Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent & Learning Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support validation of talents for key talent pipelines and incorporate findings into strategic initiatives
  • Design and implement strategic talent experience programs and shape the learning ecosystem
  • Use data analytics to evaluate business impact and prescribe career growth solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning, or Organizational Development
  • BA/BS degree required; a master's degree is a plus
  • Advanced fluency in English
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Experience in program/project management of learning and talent development programs
