Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to scale teams and advise on search strategies
- Own full-cycle recruiting and utilize data to enhance the hiring process
- Develop DEI sourcing strategies in collaboration with Sourcers and Hiring Managers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled companies
- Experience as a business partner to hiring managers, providing data and market insights
- Understanding of inclusive and structured hiring processes to reduce bias
- Ability to analyze sourcing statistics and optimize the hiring process
- Creative and strategic thinker comfortable in a startup environment
