Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Hiring Managers to assist in job descriptions, recruiting strategies, and candidate closure
- Understand business unit objectives to attract quality candidates
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals and ensure a positive interview experience for applicants
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of in-house technical recruiting experience
- Prior agency recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- Experience in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top technical talent
- Data-driven mentality to shape recruiting strategy
