Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter and People Generalist to focus on technical recruitment and support office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end hiring process for technology roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent
  • Manage workplace operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and support various projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technology roles
  • Experience in a global, multicultural environment or high-growth SaaS/technology company
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and various recruitment platforms
  • Ability to be physically present in the office 2-3 days per week
