Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Software Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer requests via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshooting software issues and identifying issues with hardware, peripherals, and networks
- Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and documenting detailed information in the tracking system
Required Qualifications:
- Experience using Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to learn new information quickly
- Experience in a customer service environment supporting PCs in a LAN environment (preferred)
