Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Software Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer requests via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshooting software issues and identifying issues with hardware, peripherals, and networks
  • Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and documenting detailed information in the tracking system
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience using Windows and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to learn new information quickly
  • Experience in a customer service environment supporting PCs in a LAN environment (preferred)
