Job Summary
A company is looking for an End User Technical Support Analyst to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 service desk support as the first point of contact for support calls
- Handle vendor contact, data entry, and scheduling for processing quotes and orders
- Deliver end user and operational support for Records Management services and desktop support
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical support or service desk environments
- Familiarity with mobile device support, including Android and iOS devices
- Knowledge of configuration management and service management systems
- Ability to develop user guides and provide training/instruction
- Experience with endpoint security and encryption management
