Job Summary

A company is looking for an End User Technical Support Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 service desk support as the first point of contact for support calls
  • Handle vendor contact, data entry, and scheduling for processing quotes and orders
  • Deliver end user and operational support for Records Management services and desktop support
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in technical support or service desk environments
  • Familiarity with mobile device support, including Android and iOS devices
  • Knowledge of configuration management and service management systems
  • Ability to develop user guides and provide training/instruction
  • Experience with endpoint security and encryption management
