Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team and provide customer support for healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer requests via email and live chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, documenting them for the product and engineering teams
  • Provide product demonstrations and trainings to customers
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Technical Support Analyst at two or more previous companies
  • Experience with enterprise software or SaaS products
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills
