Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team and provide customer support for healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer requests via email and live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, documenting them for the product and engineering teams
- Provide product demonstrations and trainings to customers
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Technical Support Analyst at two or more previous companies
- Experience with enterprise software or SaaS products
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills
