Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical and operational resource for external clients, internal departments, and companies in areas of application/operational support, issue management, process development, and data analysis
  • Support in the installation/upgrading of a client environment as a result of application software or custom interface updates
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to use data, system or workflow to develop new strategies to implement process improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an analytical role focused on technology
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services and Transact SQL
  • Knowledge of software development tools (e.g., Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Team Foundation Server)
  • Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles
