Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 3 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the highest level of escalation for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with development and support teams to identify improvements and trends in technical issues
- Document technical support interactions and continuously assess support processes for optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role focused on troubleshooting complex issues
- Deep knowledge of the LAMP stack, including proficiency in Linux, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Customer-centric mindset dedicated to exceeding expectations and building positive relationships
