Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and provide customer support via telephone or email in accordance with support offerings
- Document incident reports, software bugs, and enhancement requests for self-serve support
- Deliver training from ESI's training catalog to maximize software usage and reduce support calls
Required Qualifications
- B.S or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3 to 5 years of CAD experience and understanding of the product development cycle
- Knowledge of Virtual Reality Hardware is beneficial
- Experience in customer service/support or training is highly recommended
- Fluent in English is required for the role
