Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and provide customer support via telephone or email in accordance with support offerings
  • Document incident reports, software bugs, and enhancement requests for self-serve support
  • Deliver training from ESI's training catalog to maximize software usage and reduce support calls
Required Qualifications
  • B.S or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of CAD experience and understanding of the product development cycle
  • Knowledge of Virtual Reality Hardware is beneficial
  • Experience in customer service/support or training is highly recommended
  • Fluent in English is required for the role
