Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-level technical customer support for digital forensics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through timely responses to urgent requests via ticketing and live chat systems
- Perform troubleshooting using internal documentation and escalate cases as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to a knowledge base for self-service support
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Experience in a customer-facing support role for cloud-based or server-based products
- Understanding of software usage from a customer's perspective
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
- Ability to provide examples of demonstrating care, ownership, dedication, and evolution in previous experiences
