Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in technical support and IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and resolve complex customer issues while keeping them informed of the status
  • Implement end-to-end readiness programs and mentor other Technical Support Engineers
  • Provide feedback for product improvement and develop automation techniques for efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting, or information technology experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Windows Server
  • Citizenship verification required due to legal restrictions
