Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Software Development Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our internal systems
- Monitor integration health of our third-party partners
- Handle advanced technical customer support cases triaged to you through Salesforce
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of technical support experience
- Equivalent technical education
- IT/Technical/Computer Science education or experience
- Experience in both SaaS support and B2B ecommerce support
- Understanding of XML & JSON
- Knowledge of Regular Expressions or SQL
