Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Software Development Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our internal systems
  • Monitor integration health of our third-party partners
  • Handle advanced technical customer support cases triaged to you through Salesforce

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of technical support experience
  • Equivalent technical education
  • IT/Technical/Computer Science education or experience
  • Experience in both SaaS support and B2B ecommerce support
  • Understanding of XML & JSON
  • Knowledge of Regular Expressions or SQL
