Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Software Development Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Own the day-to-day program relationships with our customers
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and plans of engagement to customers
  • Ensure value delivery and return on investment (ROI) for customer programs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or similar degree
  • Four or more years of experience in product management, project management or account management
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with many moving parts
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions, enterprise customer management or experience in the high-tech space
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to be passionate about technology
