Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Software Development Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own the day-to-day program relationships with our customers
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and plans of engagement to customers
- Ensure value delivery and return on investment (ROI) for customer programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or similar degree
- Four or more years of experience in product management, project management or account management
- Experience in fast-paced environments with many moving parts
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions, enterprise customer management or experience in the high-tech space
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to be passionate about technology
