Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, internet, or written correspondence
  • Educate and guide members on their plans, benefits, and resources
  • Document interactions and manage claims and appeals processes
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center
  • High-speed internet with consistent speeds above 25mbps
  • Willingness to work Monday - Friday, 8a-5p CST
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
