Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, internet, or written correspondence
- Educate and guide members on their plans, benefits, and resources
- Document interactions and manage claims and appeals processes
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center
- High-speed internet with consistent speeds above 25mbps
- Willingness to work Monday - Friday, 8a-5p CST
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
