Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to lead a team of Enrollment Service Representatives in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise call center staff to ensure quality standards and adherence to procedures
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend personnel actions in collaboration with Human Resources
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to direct reports to enhance performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Coaching experience preferred
- Experience with cost-saving or streamlining processes preferred
- Prior call center supervisor experience preferred
