Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to lead a team of Enrollment Service Representatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise call center staff to ensure quality standards and adherence to procedures
  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend personnel actions in collaboration with Human Resources
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching to direct reports to enhance performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Coaching experience preferred
  • Experience with cost-saving or streamlining processes preferred
  • Prior call center supervisor experience preferred
