Top 10 Companies for Fully Remote Jobs
Q4 2024 State of Remote Work
A few key trends emerge when comparing the top remote job-posting companies from Q3 to Q4 of 2024. VocoVision, Inc. consistently held the top spot, but UnitedHealth Group, which ranked second in Q3, dropped to third as Ambry Genetics Corporation surged from 10th to second place. This shift suggests Ambry Genetics ramped up its remote hiring efforts in the latter part of the year, while UnitedHealth’s postings may have tapered off slightly.
Newcomers also made an impact, with Bloom Insurance Agency LLC entering the top five for the first time in Q4 and FireHydrant, Inc. joining the top 10, signaling increased remote hiring from newer or niche companies. Meanwhile, Microsoft Corporation and General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT), both in the top ten in Q3, dropped off entirely in Q4, likely reflecting seasonal fluctuations in job postings.
