Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers via various channels to resolve inquiries and concerns
  • Calmly de-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary
  • Track call-related information for auditing and provide feedback on call issues
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to navigate Windows operating systems
