Job Summary
A company in the healthcare industry is seeking a Client Success Advisor.
Position Responsibilities
- Define and track short- and long-term goals in partnership with customers
- Develop and build deep relationships across multiple client stakeholders
- Ensure hardware, software, and version adoption to supported and/or n-1 version where appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Three (3)+ years' experience managing customer accounts
- Strong Industry, regulatory, and product knowledge
