Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst/Sr Analyst, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor the compensation program, analyzing market trends and internal equity
- Lead HRIS (Workday) implementations and upgrades related to compensation
- Develop and implement incentive programs to enhance a "pay for performance" culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- One to two years of related experience or three to five years' experience in compensation
- Experience with Workday HRIS systems and reporting functions
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office platforms
