Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their Corporate Compensation team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete evaluations of jobs and recommend pay grades
  • Develop and maintain standardized job descriptions and conduct compensation surveys
  • Analyze compensation data and assist in designing pay programs and strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; or High School Diploma/GED with two years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of compensation analysis and job evaluation
  • Understanding of federal and state laws related to HR management
  • PC-based analytic and quantitative skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business units and HR team members
