Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their Corporate Compensation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete evaluations of jobs and recommend pay grades
- Develop and maintain standardized job descriptions and conduct compensation surveys
- Analyze compensation data and assist in designing pay programs and strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; or High School Diploma/GED with two years of HR experience
- Knowledge of compensation analysis and job evaluation
- Understanding of federal and state laws related to HR management
- PC-based analytic and quantitative skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with business units and HR team members
