Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to join their People Ops team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies and planning cycles
- Oversee data management and integrity for compensation programs and conduct regular audits
- Manage equity compensation plans and provide leadership to the Equity Analyst
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of compensation experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with equity administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with equity administration tools is highly preferred
