Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to join their People Ops team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies and planning cycles
  • Oversee data management and integrity for compensation programs and conduct regular audits
  • Manage equity compensation plans and provide leadership to the Equity Analyst


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of compensation experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with equity administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong data management and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with equity administration tools is highly preferred
