Job Summary
A company is looking for a CS Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly churn audits and analyze data for churn and non-starter accounts
- Ensure compliance in onboarding processes and validate CSM check-ins
- Develop internal tools and provide training to enhance process optimization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in CS Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Ops, preferably in SaaS or retail tech
- Expertise in HubSpot and proficiency in Google Suite/Excel
- Strong focus on data accuracy and process details
- Ability to hold teams accountable without direct authority
- Experience with POS integrations or multi-location client management is a plus
