Job Summary

A company is looking for a CS Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct monthly churn audits and analyze data for churn and non-starter accounts
  • Ensure compliance in onboarding processes and validate CSM check-ins
  • Develop internal tools and provide training to enhance process optimization
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in CS Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Ops, preferably in SaaS or retail tech
  • Expertise in HubSpot and proficiency in Google Suite/Excel
  • Strong focus on data accuracy and process details
  • Ability to hold teams accountable without direct authority
  • Experience with POS integrations or multi-location client management is a plus
