Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational strategy for customer success managers productivity
  • Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive customer success
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive process improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical understanding & experience with a Customer Success Platform
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and customer success platforms
  • 2-4 years of hands-on professional experience in Business Operations or similar
  • Experience in the Analytics and/or Enterprise SaaS space (preferred)
