Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategy for customer success managers productivity
- Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive customer success
- Identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Technical understanding & experience with a Customer Success Platform
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and customer success platforms
- 2-4 years of hands-on professional experience in Business Operations or similar
- Experience in the Analytics and/or Enterprise SaaS space (preferred)
