Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance and attendance management
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure resolution of workplace issues
  • Review and process leaves and accommodations requests, ensuring compliance with policies

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of human resources experience, with a focus on HR compliance and employee relations
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in managing people or projects
  • Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
