Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager responsible for employee relations, performance management, policy management, and absence management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance and attendance management
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure resolution of workplace issues
- Review and process leaves and accommodations requests, ensuring compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of human resources experience, with a focus on HR compliance and employee relations
- 3+ years of leadership experience in managing people or projects
- Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
