Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Technical Support III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing and fulfilling customer requirements
  • Provide comprehensive post-sales technical support and manage customer-relation issues promptly
  • Utilize proactive monitoring to identify and prevent potential problems while maintaining departmental documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in customer support or a related field
  • Experience with HP products and account management is preferred
  • Knowledge of technical support processes and systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
