Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Technical Support III.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing and fulfilling customer requirements
- Provide comprehensive post-sales technical support and manage customer-relation issues promptly
- Utilize proactive monitoring to identify and prevent potential problems while maintaining departmental documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience
- Typically 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in customer support or a related field
- Experience with HP products and account management is preferred
- Knowledge of technical support processes and systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
