Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot cases forwarded from 1st tier support
  • Provide technical support via multiple channels
  • Build relationships with sales org and dealers to solve issues collaboratively
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience in Commercial or Recreational Dealerships (bonus)
  • Experience in digital advertising (bonus)
