Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot cases forwarded from 1st tier support
- Provide technical support via multiple channels
- Build relationships with sales org and dealers to solve issues collaboratively
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience in Commercial or Recreational Dealerships (bonus)
- Experience in digital advertising (bonus)
