Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Systems & Operations Analyst to join their People team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR systems and serve as the primary technical contact for troubleshooting and solutions
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and updates within the HRIS system
  • Collaborate on the implementation of new HR tech tools and optimize existing processes


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in HRIS/people systems, including system configuration and reporting
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience with HR tools such as ADP, Pave, Lever, and/or Culture Amp
  • Knowledge of system security best practices and data integrity standards
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage timelines
