People Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Systems & Operations Analyst to join their People team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR systems and serve as the primary technical contact for troubleshooting and solutions
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits and updates within the HRIS system
- Collaborate on the implementation of new HR tech tools and optimize existing processes
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in HRIS/people systems, including system configuration and reporting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience with HR tools such as ADP, Pave, Lever, and/or Culture Amp
- Knowledge of system security best practices and data integrity standards
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage timelines
