Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and respond to inbound support requests
  • Serve as the front-line support for providers and/or clients
  • Manage Technical FAQ articles, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and train new providers on the platform
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong technical support background
  • Ticketing system expertise (i.e. Zendesk, ServiceNow)
  • Ability to learn the platform and troubleshoot issues remotely
  • Jira-Atlassian exposure (or equivalent) to report issues, monitor releases, etc
  • Basic understanding of SQL Server database (queries, tables, etc.) and Salesforce experience
