Job Summary
A company is looking for a Platform Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and respond to inbound support requests
- Serve as the front-line support for providers and/or clients
- Manage Technical FAQ articles, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and train new providers on the platform
Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical support background
- Ticketing system expertise (i.e. Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Ability to learn the platform and troubleshoot issues remotely
- Jira-Atlassian exposure (or equivalent) to report issues, monitor releases, etc
- Basic understanding of SQL Server database (queries, tables, etc.) and Salesforce experience
