A software development company is seeking a Remote Channel Software Development Representative Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Motivating their managers to drive their teams towards success
  • Hiring top talent for the SDR and SDR Leadership teams
  • Being the top of funnel and SDR expert that can strategize and execute on business needs

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years in SDR Leadership
  • 5-7 years in an SDR Organization
  • 2+ years managing SDR Leaders
  • Proficiency in SDR Tech Stack
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS with multi product selling distribution
  • Experience building an Outbound program or executing an OB strategy
