Job Summary
A cloud-based software and technology developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Software Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and maintaining operational relationships
- Monitoring and proactively managing customer health
- Managing customer escalations by connecting and directing the appropriate parties toward resolution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience with customer engagement relating to IT Service Delivery or IT Project Management
- Experience in similar roles within IT or Hospitality environment, preferably both
- Excellent interpersonal, workflow management and communications skills
- Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills
- Track record of working within diverse and successful IT teams
- Excellent documentation and PowerPoint presentation skills
