Job Summary

A cloud-based software and technology developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and maintaining operational relationships
  • Monitoring and proactively managing customer health
  • Managing customer escalations by connecting and directing the appropriate parties toward resolution

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience with customer engagement relating to IT Service Delivery or IT Project Management
  • Experience in similar roles within IT or Hospitality environment, preferably both
  • Excellent interpersonal, workflow management and communications skills
  • Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills
  • Track record of working within diverse and successful IT teams
  • Excellent documentation and PowerPoint presentation skills
