Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst-Compensation to provide administrative support to the regional Compensation function.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the regional Compensation function

Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience analyzing/managing data using spreadsheets and data management tools
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- Solid technical and analytical ability using spreadsheet, database, and ERP systems
- Able to work independently under supervision and analyze data to recommend actions
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to support Compensation and HR operations
