Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Customer Relationship Management Senior Technical Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Writing and maintaining canned responses for less experienced Support Analysts
- Meeting contractual Service Level Agreements for first response and ticket resolution
- Reviewing custom SQL and troubleshoot and repair data in MS SQL databases
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of software technical support experience
- Prior experience with SQL, with demonstrated ability to create tables
- Can write SQL selects with joins and write basic stored procedures
- Ability to provide both written and verbal technical support to customers
- Able to leverage ticketing software, phone, and video conferencing
- Proficiency with memorializing customer interactions and documenting recurring customer inquiries
