Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Customer Relationship Management Senior Technical Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Writing and maintaining canned responses for less experienced Support Analysts
  • Meeting contractual Service Level Agreements for first response and ticket resolution
  • Reviewing custom SQL and troubleshoot and repair data in MS SQL databases

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of software technical support experience
  • Prior experience with SQL, with demonstrated ability to create tables
  • Can write SQL selects with joins and write basic stored procedures
  • Ability to provide both written and verbal technical support to customers
  • Able to leverage ticketing software, phone, and video conferencing
  • Proficiency with memorializing customer interactions and documenting recurring customer inquiries
