A marketing and data software developer is in need of a Remote Data Software and Marketing Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

• Have to responsibility for the onboarding, adoption, renewals, growth and advocacy of your customers
• Maintain and grow your portfolio of 100 customers
• Provide world class solutions and consultation to your customers needs

Qualifications for this position include:

• Great organizational skills and ability to multitask
• 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success or similar customer centric positions
• Have a proactive problem-solving approach
• Able to keep active communication with customers
