Remote Global Learning and Development Senior Manager
Job Summary
A manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Global Learning and Development Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Design, develop and lead the implementation of the career development strategy
- Set the basic schedule of career development activities during the year
- Create change management framework to align across L&D function
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or talent management
- Experience implement career development framework/career ladder framework
- Experience leading and supporting global new employee onboarding programs
- Experience in change management theories and best practices
- Experience with in-person, virtual, and hybrid facilitation and development
- Experience with instructional design tools (Vyond and Articulate a plus)
