Remote Global Learning and Development Senior Manager

Job Summary

A manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Global Learning and Development Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

• Design, develop and lead the implementation of the career development strategy
• Set the basic schedule of career development activities during the year
• Create change management framework to align across L&D function

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or talent management
• Experience implement career development framework/career ladder framework
• Experience leading and supporting global new employee onboarding programs
• Experience in change management theories and best practices
• Experience with in-person, virtual, and hybrid facilitation and development
• Experience with instructional design tools (Vyond and Articulate a plus)
