Job Summary
A molecular diagnostics company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Technical Client Services Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing all functions of a Level I & II Client Services Representative
- Managing elevated calls from internal teammates
- Contributing to projects and initiatives
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 6+ years of customer service experience
- Significant PC knowledge and Windows OS experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle technically complex material
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills
- Basic scientific aptitude
