A molecular diagnostics company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Technical Client Services Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing all functions of a Level I & II Client Services Representative
• Managing elevated calls from internal teammates
• Contributing to projects and initiatives

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 6+ years of customer service experience
• Significant PC knowledge and Windows OS experience
• Demonstrated ability to handle technically complex material
• Demonstrated effective leadership skills
• Basic scientific aptitude
