Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Success Strategy and Operations Forecasting and Insights Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage and develop team of analysts
- Lead analysts to develop deep business performance insights
- Run and evolve our forecasting cadence
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success
- Comfort with Excel, SQL and/or data analytics tools and BI software
- Experience working autonomously in a fast paced environment
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management across all levels
- You are very strong analytically and are able to identify trends and key insights
- Track record of effective people management and mentorship
