Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Success Strategy and Operations Forecasting and Insights Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage and develop team of analysts
  • Lead analysts to develop deep business performance insights
  • Run and evolve our forecasting cadence

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success
  • Comfort with Excel, SQL and/or data analytics tools and BI software
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast paced environment
  • Highly skilled in stakeholder management across all levels
  • You are very strong analytically and are able to identify trends and key insights
  • Track record of effective people management and mentorship
