Job Summary

An e-learning software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Software as a Service Customer Stories Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing the content strategy
  • Showcasing and amplifying customer success stories
  • Supporting any new customer programs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8+ years direct participation or ownership of customer advocacy content at a B2B SaaS company
  • Or 5+ years of customer advocacy experience plus 3+ years sales and/or marketing experience
  • Customer-facing experience (particularly with senior level audiences)
  • Strong executive presence - proven experience working with executives and C-levels
  • Worked cross-functionally (especially with Sales, Success and Marketing) in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
