A software and cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Software and Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain composure in stressful situations

  • Support Fortune 500 clients

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a high-touch Customer Success / Strategic Consulting role
  • Proven success supporting Fortune 500 clients
  • Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and diligently managing your time skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situation
