Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a high-touch Customer Success / Strategic Consulting role
- Proven success supporting Fortune 500 clients
- Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and diligently managing your time skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situation
