A social media management company is seeking a Remote Software as A Service Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning the business relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers in the US
  • Driving product adoption, provide strategic guidance
  • Inspiring customer loyalty while maintaining a high satisfaction rate through all interactions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success in B2B SaaS/Software
  • 2+ years of experience managing an Enterprise book of business
  • Experience with consulting and providing strategic guidance related to social media is a plus
  • Proven success building relationships, presenting and selling to senior level decision makers
