Job Summary

A marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software as a Service Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking responsibility for the success of our customers throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Leading live coaching sessions and presentations to train customers
  • Proactively reaching out to clients that show risks of churn

Qualifications Include:

  • Regular team meetups (once we’re able to organize these safely)
  • Solid track record of managing high-value accounts
  • Experience evaluating customer needs, consulting with customers, and offering optimal solutions
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms
  • 2 years of experience working with customers
