Job Summary
A marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software as a Service Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking responsibility for the success of our customers throughout their entire lifecycle
- Leading live coaching sessions and presentations to train customers
- Proactively reaching out to clients that show risks of churn
Qualifications Include:
- Regular team meetups (once we’re able to organize these safely)
- Solid track record of managing high-value accounts
- Experience evaluating customer needs, consulting with customers, and offering optimal solutions
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms
- 2 years of experience working with customers
