Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Software as a Service Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting customers via email, chat and the telephone
  • Understanding customer use cases and provide expertise
  • Proactively advocating customer needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical Customer Support
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics experience
  • Practical experience with Zapier, CRM software and/or B2B SaaS software
  • Solid foundation of HTML/JavaScript knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Google Paid Ads and SEO tactics
