Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Software as a Service Technical Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting customers via email, chat and the telephone
- Understanding customer use cases and provide expertise
- Proactively advocating customer needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-5 years of experience in technical Customer Support
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics experience
- Practical experience with Zapier, CRM software and/or B2B SaaS software
- Solid foundation of HTML/JavaScript knowledge
- Basic understanding of Google Paid Ads and SEO tactics
