A software company is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Establishing consultative and trusted relationships with clients
  • Working with customers to define and achieve business outcomes
  • Driving planning sessions to ensure clients are able to fully realize the value

Position Requirements Include:

  • Attend company-wide socials
  • Strong experience in Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Pre-sales or relevant client-facing experience
  • Experience in AML, Fraud or MDM technologies or business areas
