A software company is in need of a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Establishing consultative and trusted relationships with clients
- Working with customers to define and achieve business outcomes
- Driving planning sessions to ensure clients are able to fully realize the value
Position Requirements Include:
- Attend company-wide socials
- Strong experience in Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Pre-sales or relevant client-facing experience
- Experience in AML, Fraud or MDM technologies or business areas
