Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being the ambassador of your customer portfolio and represent the company and the Customer Success team
- Clearly articulating and demonstrating value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among existing customers
- Maintaining and building relationships with portfolio customers to retain and grow
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5 years of technology sales experience
- Deep technology acumen is a requisite
- Experience in land and expand
- Can do attitude, highly proactive and innovative, positivity, and hunger for success
- Strong communication skills
- Strong phone / virtual skills
