A software company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Being the ambassador of your customer portfolio and represent the company and the Customer Success team
  • Clearly articulating and demonstrating value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among existing customers
  • Maintaining and building relationships with portfolio customers to retain and grow

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of technology sales experience
  • Deep technology acumen is a requisite
  • Experience in land and expand
  • Can do attitude, highly proactive and innovative, positivity, and hunger for success
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong phone / virtual skills
