Job Summary
A software and data analytics company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Support Quality Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing and assisting with assurance programs
- Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues
- Establishing standards governing customer interactions and implements monitoring programs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Can create, Audit, and Maintain troubleshooting Checklists
- Able to create, Audit, and maintain internal support articles
- Can create, Audit, and maintain customer-facing articles
- Able to create and deploy training for new system deployments
- Training programs and process enhancements that correct quality issues skills
- Able to create and Maintain training content and programs for various teams across Customer Operations
