Job Summary

A software and data analytics company has a current position open for a Remote Software Customer Support Quality Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing and assisting with assurance programs
  • Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues
  • Establishing standards governing customer interactions and implements monitoring programs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Able to create, Audit, and maintain internal support articles
  • Can create, Audit, and maintain customer-facing articles
  • Able to create and deploy training for new system deployments
  • Training programs and process enhancements that correct quality issues skills
  • Able to create and Maintain training content and programs for various teams across Customer Operations
